To initiate a return on eligible items, please email contact@pseudoludo.com with your order information.
We currently accept returns 14 days upon your package delivery if the item was damaged or defective by our fault. If 14 days have exceeded, we do not accept returns.
The refund amount will be your total minus the original shipping costs. The refund will be given if the item is returned in the condition that it arrived to you in. Please send photo proof of the damage with your inquiry.
All customers are required to purchase their own label for the return.
If an item you received is damaged at our fault, is not the item you ordered, or is the wrong size, please email contact@pseudoludo.com with your order information and include photo proof of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
Do not send us back any items unless confirmed to do so.
