Our Story

We’re just a couple of weirdos…

Monstro and I met way way back in our college days at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. I was an Illustration major and Monstro was a Cartooning major and we clicked instantly over our love of bizarre, unique and often forgotten things, movies, music and video games- and also marzipan. After graduating in 2007 and beginning our relationship, we quickly decided we wanted to start an art based business together. After a few misguided attempts with other business ideas, we started Pseudo Ludo together in 2016 and began making really rad enamel pins, handmade pins, prints, t-shirts, magnets and other cool things together. We’ve had such a blast making crazy things for our loyal customers. We also got the awesome chance to design many enamel pins and promotional artworks for Severin Films, and also had the pleasure to work with Arrow Video to design artwork for their video streaming service.

Due to unexpected family hardships and illnesses, Monstro and I became caregivers to Monstro’s disabled Grandfather and handicapped Uncle and had to pause Pseudo Ludo for a few years. We are still caring for our family, but now we’re are back, and are slowly starting to rebuild our business.

If you’ve been sticking around with us waiting for our come back, we so appreciate and love you!! We have some of the most amazing customers and friends that anyone can ever dream of! We missed you all so much!! And if you are new to us, WELCOME!! We are so happy to have you here with us and we can’t wait to get to know you!!
